Dr Vincent Paul Research & Innovation Centre – Recognized by DSIR, Govt. of India.

Our well-equipped R&D facility was recently renamed after our Founder as the Dr Vincent Paul Research & Innovation Centre.

We take pride in our research abilities, which have been instrumental in the growth of our organization.

We closely interact with research organizations in India and abroad and are focused on optimizing process technologies and expanding our product range.

Our laboratory and pilot plant capabilities enable us to develop processes from gram to tonne scale within the existing R&I setup.

Over the years, our in-house research has resulted in several products being introduced to the market.

Extensive expertise in speciality chemicals

Dr Vincent Paul (Founder and Chairman Emeritus) has a rich and varied experience of over six decades in the field of organic chemistry. He is assisted by his sons, Dr Paul V. Menacherry and Mathew V. Menacherry, each having over two decades of experience in the industry. Over the years, the Group has relied heavily on its research and development teams to come out with a range of new products and patented technologies.

Innovation as a Business Model

Innovation forms the bedrock of our corporate philosophy, with process development being a key focus area. We are confident of bringing about significant cost and quality improvements in even established processes.

We do this by leveraging a few of our strengths, which include:
1. A well-equipped research laboratory that has been granted recognition by the Government of India.
2. A highly competent and dedicated R&D team.
3. A focused and novel approach to process development.
4. Seamless integration between our lab, pilot plant and production facilities, resulting in shorter production cycles and faster transitions to commercial scales.

Analytical capabilities

Our in-house analytical capabilities include Gas Chromatography (GLC), Gas Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry (GC-MS), Gas Chromatography with Headspace (GC-HS), High-Pressure Liquid Chromatography (HPLC), FTIR, UV Spectrophotometer, Melting and Boiling point determinations, Calorimeters, COD Analyzers, Refractive Index measurement, Moisture content determination etc.
